Yes. The garden suburbs mean a cellar, a shed and garden things on top of the rooms, and in Lübars and Waidmannslust the lanes can be narrow. Both get checked at the survey, so the van is the right size and the quote covers the whole property.
We are moving into a new-build. Is there anything different about that?
A few things, all easy once planned. The lift and the loading bay usually have to be booked with the management, the untouched floors and lift get protection put down first, and if the keys arrive later than your old flat ends, your things can wait in our storage and come on the day you get in.
