Frequently asked questions

Questions about warehouse and site moves

Preparation, scope and your individual quote.

+ What information is needed for a quote?

Share the stock and equipment inventory, dimensions and weights, both addresses, access and the requested sequence. Identify unusual loads separately.

+ Can the move be carried out in phases?

Tell us your operational priorities and which items must move together. We assess a phased sequence and agree the dates and responsibilities.

+ Can shelving be dismantled and rebuilt?

Provide details of the shelving, condition and manufacturer requirements. Dismantling or rebuilding is assessed and explicitly included where agreed.

+ Do you transport machinery?

Send dimensions, weights and preparation instructions for each item. Feasibility and any specialist handling must be checked before inclusion in the quote.

+ Who commissions equipment at the new site?

Your responsible specialists should coordinate disconnection, technical installation, testing and commissioning unless specific work has been separately agreed.

+ Can office furniture and IT be included?

Yes. List these separately in the inventory. See our IT equipment transport page for preparation and responsibilities.

+ How should stock be organised?

Agree destination labels, a clear inventory and the order in which stock is needed. Identify access or storage requirements affecting loading and delivery.

+ Which area is covered?

We are based in Berlin and assess projects in Berlin and the surrounding area, plus routes to or from Berlin.
